Terms of Service

These terms cover use of fluxfiles.dev (this website, including its checkout flow) and the FluxFiles software.

The software

The FluxFiles core is licensed under the MIT License — see the LICENSE file on GitHub for the exact terms. You may self-host, modify, and redistribute it under those terms.

Paid modules

Optional paid modules (Branded Share, Upload Portals, Versioning, Webhooks, and the Enterprise Compliance Bundle) are licensed separately and are not covered by the MIT License. A purchase grants you a license key that unlocks the corresponding module for self-hosted use, verified offline.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor, Polar. You can cancel at any time; an expired or cancelled license keeps running the version of the software you already have, but stops receiving updates and support. We occasionally run a one-time lifetime deal as a limited promo; where purchased, it does not expire.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for paid modules and subscriptions, no questions asked.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law — consistent with the MIT License's disclaimer for the free core, and extended to the paid modules.
